Opening Reception for Perversion Therapy 19876
Eames Armstrong and John Moletress present a multimedia exhibition that subverts the practice of conversion therapy—an abusive tactic of brainwashing meant to “correct” queer and gender nonconforming people. Instead, Perversion Therapy affirms queerness, along with transgression, filth, eroticism, noise, happiness, and friendship. The opening reception will feature a live performance by the artists.
