BLACK
The second BADC exhibit this year explores Black as more than a color. The late artist, Harlee Little envisioned a Black exhibit in Washington DC. The artists were asked to reach deep into the emotional, theoretical, spiritual, cultural, intellectual or physical aspects of blackness. The DC Art Center has afforded them the opportunity to realize that vision. The works include sculpture, bronze, painting, digital works, photography, mixed media pieces and more.
