Experience the "drama" that happens on and off stage as a group of freshman theatre and music theatre majors not only get acclimated to their new surroundings but prepare for the season's big musical.

Volunteers Needed - Phoenix Rising Meal Program 12004
Franconia United Methodist Church is part of a group of churches that serves a nutritious bagged meal to homeless people along the Route One corridor in Alexandria. All ages can help prepare and assemble the bag lunches and assist in delivery. We deliver the meals the fourth Friday of the month at 5:30 pm, and we prepare the meals on the day before (Thursdays) at 6:30 pm. Call 703 971-5151 or admin@franconiaumc.org.

ACLU 90th Anniversary Exhibit 11448
In celebration of its 90th anniversary, the American Civil Liberties Union's will display an exhibit showcasing the organizations rich history in Union Station on Wednesday, September 22nd. The exhibit details the ACLU's legacy of defending constitutional rights and provides an historical overview of the organizations many monumental achievements since its founding in 1920. The exhibit will remain in the West Hall of Union Station through September 23rd.
