Cigna’s Health Improvement Tour (HIT) – a cross country mobile clinic – provides information on individuals’ four key health numbers: blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar and Body Mass Index (BMI), and offers personalized health coaching to explain participants’ results, helping them to catch conditions early and prevent health problems from becoming more serious or even life-threatening.
