Art-O-Matic 2000
Washington Art-O-Matic is a month-long celebration of the arts of our metropolitan area. Last year, more than 350 local artists, including painters, sculptors, filmmakers, writers, dancers, poets, and musicians, exhibited work in this all-volunteer effort. This year, given a larger space and the partnership with the Cultural Development Corporation, we've gathered more than 650 artists to participate in this event! Art-O-Matic 2000 will be located in the former Hechinger store at 4500 Wisconsin Avenue, NW, conveniently housed directly above the Tenleytown Metro stop on the Red Line.
