The court ruling revealed a 5-4 split along ideological lines, with the conservative faction ruling against the recounts and the liberal wing arguing the case lacked merit and the recounts must continue.

The crowds are gone and while others are arguing over the fractured ruling a lone woman chooses to spread cheer and good will by presenting this depiction of the birth of Christ on the steps of the United States Capital.
