Laughing Colors
We started in the local pubs in our hometown of Annapolis, MD. We then wedged our way into some of the bigger bars and clubs in Baltimore where heavy metal was on the way-out, and grunge was on the way in. We didn't really seem to fit into either category, but our fans could drink a lot of beer, so the word started to spread. Our music has always been hard for people to describe because of the wide range of styles that we choose to play. Acoustic-groovy-heavy-mellow might give you some idea, then throw in a warped sense of humor. But we don't waste time trying to pigeon hole ourselves, so you shouldn't either. Just listen.
