Billy Goat Trail is one the area's most popular
hiking trails. It is located along the Potomac River in Montgomery County
Maryland. Parking for the trail is on MacArthur Boulevard across from the
Angler's Inn. |

The trail is rough and rocky and you should
wear tough footwear. You should, also, carry a knapsack or backpack to carry
something to drink or eat—when you're done, put your trash back in the
backpack and bring it out with you. |
