    ...Flood Watch Is Cancelled...

    The Flood Watch for the District of Columbia...north central and northern Virginia...and north central Maryland including the Baltimore Metro area has been cancelled. Rainfall will continue to diminish through early afternoon. Additional widespread flooding is not anticipated. However...several roadways remain closed due to heavy rain last night...so motorists should continue to use caution.
