 4  Mystery Dinner Playhouse

Looking for somewhere different to have your office party, holiday event,
bachelorette party or just a night out with a group of friends? Then come
to Mystery Dinner Playhouse where we're celebrating our 13th year in
Virginia and our newest location in the D.C. area!

Solve a comedy murder mystery while enjoying a delicious four course
dinner. The dinner is served by a zany cast of characters who all the
while are providing clues to help solve the evening's crime.

The 2 1/2 hour dinner show is broken down into five 10-15 minute scenes,
with the action taking place throughout the entire room. The room is
arranged in a banquet style setting with large round banquet tables that
seat 10 people each.

When you arrive, you will be met at the door by one or two of the
evening's characters, who will help you find your seats, get you a drink,
or maybe just get you ready for the mystery about to unfold.
When the first scene starts, keep a watchful eye open for clues, and jot
down anything that looks suspicious.

Between scenes, our cast (always in character) serves you a delicious 4
course dinner. This gives you a chance to question each of the suspects
about key elements of the murder.

As the evening progresses and the plot thickens, you will open a "clue
dossier" which contains, among other things, Mystery Dinner Playhouse
bribe money, to use to obtain additional clues from the characters.

At the end of the evening, we give a small prize to the person who best
solves the mystery. We also give prizes to the more stupi.... uh,
well..... creative answers.

If you are looking for a new and different place to bring your office
party, holiday event, celebrate a birthday, anniversary or bachelorette
party, or just want a night of major FUN!, then come join our cast of
killers at Mystery Dinner Playhouse!
