Each year by driving through Bull Run Regional Park in Centreville. You'll find more than two miles of lighted entertainment, including lit displays of Noah's Ark, Santa's Woods, and Angel's Playground. Open every night�except New Year's Eve�from 5:30 to 10:30. Each carload of visitors is $12; commercial vans (15 to 34 people) are $25, and buses (holding 35 or more) are $50. Discount coupons are available on the show's Web site.

Winter Lights

The City of Gaithersburg's Sixth Annual Winter Lights--A Celebration for Charity, at Seneca Creek State Park in Gaithersburg, will open December 1, 2001. The Winter Lights Program has attracted more than a half million visitors from the metropolitan area and beyond in its first five seasons. This 3.5-mile drive-through Seneca Creek State Park light show features more than 250 illuminated displays, 55 of which are animated.
