The best way to get to the National Mall is by Metro. The closest stations are Archives/Navy Memorial, Smithsonian and L'Enfant Plaza. Public parking is very limited in this part of the city. On-street parking in Washington, DC is restricted during the evening rush hour.
This year in conjunction with the summer event, Comcast will offer Screen on the Green at home with twenty movies from past festivals available on Video-On-Demand beginning in July. Some of the films which will be featured in a special "Screen on the Green" folder in Comcast's Video-On-Demand menu from past festivals include: All the President's Men, Casablanca, Cat On a Hot Tin Roof, Rocky, Singin In the Rain, The Candidate, The Philadelphia Story, Superman and Viva Las Vegas.
