Some of the big names finally made some noise at the Booz Allen Classic as Sergio Garcia emerged from a pack of contenders to master Congressional's championship Blue Course as few others have, closing with a 6-under 65 on Sunday for a two-stroke victory. The last time Congressional hosted the event was in 1986 when Greg Norman went on to win his second title in three years. The scenic Blue Course at the Congressional Country Club plays 7,232 yards.
