Live on Penn
Live on Penn is an open-air summer concert series running every Saturday, through Sept. 6th, 2003, on Pennsylvania Avenue between 3rd and 6th streets. The 10-week concert series showcases national and local recording artists from 4 pm to 10 pm. Admission is only $3 - kids under 12 are free - with partial proceeds benefiting The Hoop Dreams Scholarship Fund. (August 9, 2003. Featuring Everclear. Photographs by Sarah Claxton.)
