Washington Redskins Waken Sleeping New York Giants
After a brilliant first half against division rivals, diehard Redskin fans were whispering to their buddies that Washington could go 13 and 3. "Who would the skins lose to?" asked one. "Maybe New England, maybe Green Bay, and just maybe a scrub game once we get the home field." replied another. After a 17 to 3 halftime lead the defense looked like Super Bowl contenders. Fans were chanting "YOU SUCK!!! And you and you and you" at the New York Giants team as they headed to their locker room pondering what it would be like to be 0 and 3. Then the expectable thing happenned. The Redskins did not get a first down for about 20 minutes of the game trying to run out the clock. Washingon's defense just got tuckered after a really weak offensive performance. This gallery is dedicated to Giants fans living here in the Washington DC area.
